Enkos was founded in 2016 by award-winning cosmetic scientist Lorna Radford to answer an overwhelming demand for new product innovation in the beauty industry.

All team members are pro-active exponents of cutting-edge trends and technologies in the beauty and personal care industry. Their combined knowledge and experience covers the full spectrum of cosmetic applications, including skin, hair and make-up products designed to meet the needs of different ethnicities. The team prides itself on delivering consistently excellent customer service and working collectively and individually to build positive, rewarding and enjoyable working relationships.

What’s in a name?

The Enkos name encapsulates founder Lorna Radford’s English-Korean heritage and expertise in cosmetic science. An acknowledged specialist in K-Beauty, Lorna is regularly invited to deliver technical and trends presentations to beauty industry organisations. She is also called upon to give practical science-based advice to consumers and help demystify the jargon surrounding ingredients and products.
